Mudu Central Primary School is located in Mudu Ancient Town, the best place in the south of the Yangtze River. The school was founded in 1908, formerly known as Mudu Jinshan Public Primary School. 1989 changed its name to its current school name, and 1990 moved to No.69 Zhendong Street in Mudu and No.8 Xiangxi East Road in August 2006.
