Registration conditions for private primary schools in Hangzhou:
1. Children registered in this district or county (city).
2. Non-registered children who meet the admission requirements of districts and counties (cities), including:
(1) Children with valid residence permits in Zhejiang Province. At the time of online registration and on-site information verification, school-age children themselves have not yet obtained a residence permit, but it is expected that they will obtain a residence permit before August 3, 2020. If you want to apply for admission in your actual place of residence (subject to the registered address of the public security department), you need to register online and participate in on-site information verification at the specified time. District, county (city) education administrative departments and schools should give priority to eligible children and complete registration within the specified time. By August 3, 20201,those who have not obtained a residence permit do not meet the conditions for studying in Hangzhou and cannot study in Hangzhou. Parents are requested to return to their household registration as soon as possible and arrange enrollment for their children.
(2) Children of high-level talents, children of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and children of high-level talents introduced by subordinate units in Hangzhou as stipulated in Several Opinions of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on Introducing and Cultivating High-level Talents, Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents and Teams (No.2 of the Municipal Party Committee [2015]); Children with Hangzhou Distinguished Expert Certificate, Hangzhou Overseas High-level Talents Zhejiang Residence Permit or Hangzhou Imported Talents Zhejiang Residence Permit;
(3) Children of resident troops;
(4) Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign children living locally.
