If you do well in school, it is recommended to add credit points to highlight your learning ability. If the grade is average or unsatisfactory, you don't need to add it. If you use the fixed resume template given by the company and there is a column of grades, it is suggested that it will be better to fill in truthfully regardless of the grades.
Although academic performance can add points to job hunting, HR will not deny job seekers their ability to work because of their poor academic performance. If you have rich practical experience in school, HR can see from your resume your ability and advantages that match the job position, and will still win their favor.
