the author is really good at revealing the serious social problem from love.julien's two love experiences were tightly reen Ind and cloud that time and it was one aspect of class struggle.julien indeed fell in love with mrs.de renal later, But he was only out of a kind of revengeful thought against dignitary at the very beginning.thereby, when first seizing on mrs.de renal.
